Welcome to Art Classes PEC located on, Black River Ridge, near Milford, in Prince Edward County. At this hilltop retreat Rosanne teaches art classes and nurtures budding artists, giving both beginners and experienced artists a restful place in which to leave their day behind.  Our privacy policy is strictly confidential. So we can stay compliant with applicable privacy  laws. I am solely responsible for the legality of this document. 

Drawing and painting from life will be rich with discovery, surprise & delight. At Art Classes PEC, we believe that art education is essential to personal growth and development.
